Use a dev sandbox to quickly rebuild local business websites & make them better
Reach out to the owner with a working version
Offer to hand it off: “Hey, I made this for you. Want it for X amount?” or maintain it for them monthly
Immediate value. Instant pitch.
You could do the same with HeyBoss.
